How do I enter to win?

Check your Best Buy receipt the next time you make a purchase at one of their brick-and-mortar stores. Visit the web site indicated and supply the survey code printed on your receipt, if one exists, and complete the survey to earn one sweepstakes entry. To enter without purchase, hand-print the following on a 3" x 5" card:

Complete address
City, state, zip code
Daytime phone number
Birth date
E-mail address (optional)

Mail the card in a first class stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/29/2011 and received by 9/9/2011. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. You are limited to a grand total of three entries per drawing per person, between the online survey and mail-in entry methods.

Please Note: Leaving a comment to this post will not enter you into this sweepstakes. You will need to submit your sweepstakes entries either through the mail, or by completing an online Best Buy shopping survey.

When are winners drawn?

The prize drawing will be held approximately on 9/16/2011.

Who may enter this sweepstakes?

Sweepstakes entry is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older) at the time of entry.
